Mainland UK orders

Orders currently placed will be on a 2-3 days delivery service with Royal mail or other courier service. We are working hard to bring delivery times and prices down and hope to have it in place in the near future.  Due to the delivery of goods being fulfilled by third party companies no guarantees are offered.

At Coso's we will happily exchange or refund your unused purchase if you return it within 14 days of receipt, please note we need notification of this within 7 days of receipt. We recommend you use Royal Mail recorded or special delivery or a courier as we cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of goods. Please enclose a copy of the original receipt or invoice.
 

• The returned items should be unused in its original packing undamaged including any attached labels & tags.

• We will issue the refund (or send out an exchange) within 28 days from the date of purchase of original item(s).

• We will reimburse return postage & packing costs for up to 28 days after purchase

• Refund on postage & packing does not include the cost of the original postage and packaging or return post if the goods are not damaged or faulty.

• Exchange (not faulty) goods may incur a further postage & packing charge.

All our products are covered by the manufacturers warranty and are covered for manufacturing defects. These do not cover accidents or misuse of the item. The warranty does not cover return postage.

Our images of products have been supplied by the manufacturers but as products sometimes change in design some colours or packaging may vary from the pictures supplied to us. All our products are 100% Genuine and described to the best of our knowledge.
